For Big Studio HTML sites only. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and urgent requests need a separate quote. Each update includes publishing, an updated file, and one correction round within scope. Reproducible errors caused by our original build and reported within 14 days of launch are corrected free; new requests are paid updates.

Before we begin
Starting prices for the scope shown. We confirm your first-year total and renewal cost before you commit. Maintenance and extras are quoted separately. See the WordPress breakdown.
New-build revisions
Two revision lists are included. You get 14 days to send each list; our editing time does not count. Approval ends unused rounds. No feedback within 14 days of the first design delivery? After a reminder before the deadline, the review closes at the deadline and both unused rounds expire. Silence is not approval. See the example in our revision details. Revision details.
We don’t offer hosting-only plans. Complimentary hosting comes with eligible HTML websites designed and purchased from Big Studio. For an existing website, we offer a paid redesign; your quote confirms hosting eligibility.
What does complimentary HTML hosting include?
There is no recurring hosting fee for your eligible page at big.web.id/yourbrand. “Forever” means as long as our site stays up, not a guaranteed lifetime contract. You pay the design fee first and receive your HTML file so you can move it if needed. Revisions and optional services are separate.
What exactly do I receive?
For HTML, you receive the final file, agreed supporting assets, and a live link. Third-party images, fonts, or services remain subject to their licenses. For WordPress, you receive administrator access and a handover guide. Your domain should be registered in your name; provider and account details are agreed before setup.
What do I pay in WordPress year two?
Hosting and standard domain renewal start from $199 per year. Contact us to confirm the cost for your website. Maintenance, edits and paid extras are separate; renewal rates may change with provider costs.
Why are Indonesian and international prices different?
Our Indonesian rate supports Indonesian entrepreneurs and the local economy. It is available to Indonesian citizens (WNI) with a KTP, for personal projects and fully Indonesian-owned businesses. We confirm the applicable rate before quoting.
Eligibility depends on citizenship and business ownership, rather than language or location. International rates apply to mixed-ownership and foreign-owned businesses, including PMA companies, even when an Indonesian representative contacts us. We may request KTP evidence privately to confirm eligibility. Scope and price are agreed before work begins.

Can you help with text and images?
Yes. We help organise your pages, polish supplied text and prepare usable supplied images for the website, including cropping, resizing, compression and positioning. New images, detailed editing or writing from scratch are scoped and priced before work begins.
Are revisions included? What happens after launch?
You have 14 calendar days from the first design delivery to send your first feedback list. Our editing time does not count. When we send the updated site, you get a fresh 14 days for your next list, while an included round remains.
An example For example: we send your site on day 0. You send list 1 on day 10. We finish those edits on day 15, so your next deadline is day 29. You send list 2 on day 20. We finish on day 25. Both rounds are now used; we still fix anything we missed from those agreed lists.
Say “all done” at any point and unused rounds end immediately. No list within 14 days of the first design delivery? We remind you before the deadline. If it passes without feedback or an agreed extension, the review closes and both unused rounds expire. The same rule applies to later reviews. If we miss the reminder, we send it and allow a reasonable chance to reply before closure. Need longer? Agree it with us before the deadline. The balance becomes due on approval or review closure when that is in your accepted quote. We confirm the payment date; silence is not recorded as your approval.
One round means one combined list from your team, within the agreed brief. After two rounds, further creative changes are quoted first. Corrections to our original build are separate.
After launch, HTML updates start at $35 per batch. Original-build errors reported within 14 days are corrected free. Ongoing edits are quoted separately from complimentary hosting.
How long does it take? What should I prepare?
Allow approximately 5–10 business days for one-page HTML or 2–4 weeks for WordPress after the deposit, content, and brief are ready. Your quote confirms the schedule. Prepare your logo, contact details, offer, photos, and design references. We can help with text and images; see below.
Do you offer custom domains and online shops?
Free HTML hosting uses a path on our domain. Custom-domain hosting needs a separate arrangement and may have recurring costs. WordPress includes a standard .com domain, subject to availability. Shops, payments, bookings, and memberships are available through a separate quote.
